The Omid Companies Group has over half a century of experience in industry and commerce, operating in sectors such as automotive, oil and gas, steel, construction, and water industries. Noyan Company, as a member of the Omid Companies Group, began its activities in the field of dental equipment in 2020. At the same time, it initiated business negotiations with European and Korean companies to obtain exclusive distributorships.

After detailed evaluations conducted by Noyan’s technical committee—comprising professors of oral and maxillofacial surgery, periodontics, dental prosthetics, as well as medical engineering specialists—and following multiple expert visits, meetings, and clinical feedback on the products over subsequent years, a cooperation agreement was ultimately signed with the Italian brand Resista, which has over 75 years of experience in dental equipment.
As a result, Noyan began its operations as a leading importer of dental implants with a lifetime warranty, in partnership with Resista of Italy.

Systems thinking and the use of appropriate approaches and tools have always been one of Noyan’s core strategies. In this regard, the implementation and certification of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 10002 (Customer Satisfaction) were achieved in 2023.
